Who sees my financial data?
Your data is yours. We never sell it, and you can export everything or delete your account at any time. During our closed beta, our team reviews data to harden and improve the product, and beta participants agree to this when they join the program. As Vitals matures past beta, we will narrow and tighten data access further.
How long does onboarding take?
Hours, not months. Add properties via CSV or one at a time, forward your latest financial package to your Vitals inbox, and the AI starts analyzing immediately. No implementation team, no kickoff calls, no Statement of Work.
Is my data secure?
We take security seriously, and we are honest about where we are. Vitals is built to align with SOC 2 security principles, encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure with industry-standard access controls. We are not SOC 2 certified yet; we intend to pursue formal certification as the platform matures into full enterprise release. Your data is yours, and you can export or delete it at any time.
