Who We Are
HousrAI was built by Dave Layfield and Tom Ayd, founders of Green Street Housing, LIHTC developers with $500M+ in development activity and decades of experience developing, owning, and asset managing affordable properties and portfolios.
We didn't build this from the sidelines. We're doing the same work you are: managing properties, reviewing financials, working with management companies. And we built the tool we wished we had.
