HousrAI was built by Dave Layfield and Tom Ayd, founders of Green Street Housing, LIHTC developers with $500M+ in development activity and decades of experience developing, owning, and asset managing affordable properties and portfolios.

We did not build this from the sidelines. We are doing the same work you are: managing properties, reviewing financials, working with management companies. And we built the tool we wished we had. The platforms on the market could get us there, but they would require more people and more hours than we were willing to accept. So we built something better.
